It is 1939; America finds itself still gripped firmly by the calloused hands of The Great Depression. The American Paranormal Society (APS) has been re-energized by a shift in its mission. The Society will be using its considerable influence to help bring about a swift end to the downward economic spiral that has hobbled the American Dream and given rise to numerous opportunistic tyrants. The APS believes that the answers to today’s problems lie in the past. Why read dusty, old books, when one can speak directly with those who lived it?
This meeting’s importance cannot be overstated. This Depression can only be resolved with the help of those who survived comparable hard times in the past. It is time to call upon our ancestors for guidance.
